My Story
Having worked in three countries, I observed the similarities and differences in personalities of people from different geographies. This led me to explore the complexities of human behaviour in detail. As a result, I started reading about behaviour profiling. As an immigrant in Australia, this knowledge helped me a lot in building my professional network. Now, I aim to help others achieve their goals by understanding their behaviour and working on a strategy with them.
Being an accredited eDiSC practitioner, I believe that the growth of an organisation relies on a highly functional team, and I use my behaviour analysis skills to achieve the same.
Working as a technical trainer for over a year, I realised the importance of sharing knowledge and creating an impact. So, for the last three years, I have been using my technical expertise and human aspects to mentor others in finding their career direction. I use proven techniques like Extended DISC® psychometric assessments to help my mentees and organisations to resolve conflicts and build high-performing teams.
I revel in the challenge of creating a premium customer experience by enabling Sales, Marketing and Operations professionals to deliver innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform at an enterprise level.
Having numerous certifications, I thrive on using my extensive product knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds, CRM Analytics and Communities, Einstein Vision AI, Dell Boomi middleware, and Copado for Salesforce DevOps to deliver strategic solutions for business and end-users.
